Let us assist you with the ordering of your invitations (Birchcraft) and choosing your wedding cake. If you're having an outdoor reception, consult with us regarding the tent, table and chair rental. If you are planning on assigned seating, let us guide you and we will provide you with a greeting host to direct your guest to their assigned seats. During your reception we will coordinate the festivities of the day with your photographer and entertainment.
To assure your complete satisfaction please review the following:
- Your guaranteed count is expected 72 hours prior to your reception.
- All food is subject to State Sales Tax (6.50%). and an 18% gratuity.
- A non-refundable 25% deposit will be required .
- Payment is expected one day prior to event, unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. Cash, check and credit cards (3% fee) accepted.
- Prices are subject to market price changes.
